Hello. Im starting to work with RSeQC. Im also not very experienced in transcriptomics, so I would like to know if there is a guide that could help me understand the graphics generated with this tool.

I have only found the manual of RSeQC. Is there any paper in which this tool has been used to generate graphics? Or a guide that explains them?
